blogsite failed when half-way through today's posting (below or if not below go to archives to pick up the last posting entitled 'canny cooking) so had to finish/publish in mid-stream. Having now got back onto 'draft' where able to publish will continue with 'canny cooking' and add recipes, so check this site again around 10.00am when I should have completed.
